At Mental Health Renew, my primary focus is working with adults through individualized online therapy. However, I also bring extensive experience supporting children and families and am available to work with them as needed. My goal is to provide compassionate, tailored care that meets the unique needs of each person and family system.

THERAPY

Choosing to start therapy is a courageous decision. It requires commitment and a willingness to explore parts of yourself that may have been hidden. By opening yourself to new insights, you create the possibility for lasting change.

While this process can feel intimidating, it often leads to clarity, inspiration, and transformation. I provide a safe, supportive space where we work collaboratively to help you strengthen your relationships, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of agency in your life.
Treatment Modalities
I provide care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, which means I strive to understand the full context of your life and history to deliver truly individualized treatment.
I integrate evidence-based modalities to support healing and growth, including:
Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach offers a deep exploration of past experiences that may shape how you show up in life today. Together, we examine how these experiences influence your view of yourself, others, and the world—providing insight that can enhance your relationships and overall functioning.
The goal is to:
-
Identify and process emotions
-
Recognize recurring patterns
-
Reflect on beliefs that guide your responses in different situations
Through this work, we may uncover the roots of anxiety, depression, or trauma and connect past experiences to your current life and relationships, fostering meaningful change and growth.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This approach is highly effective for addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression by helping you become aware of unhelpful thought patterns and learn strategies to change them.
By shifting these patterns, you can positively influence how you feel—leading to healthier actions and more fulfilling interactions with others. CBT provides practical tools to support lasting change and improve overall well-being.
Child-Parent Psychotherapy

An attachment-based approach designed to repair or strengthen the relationship between a child and caregiver following a traumatic event. This work focuses on creating a secure attachment, which helps the child build trust and develop healthy relationships in the future while processing the traumatic experience in a safe and supportive environment.
Parent Child Interaction Therapy

PCIT is an evidence-based approach that addresses challenging behaviors in children, such as non-compliance and tantrums. The focus is on strengthening the caregiver-child relationship, improving the child’s self-esteem, and promoting positive interactions. By enhancing this bond, PCIT helps increase desired behaviors and supports healthy emotional development.
